Ice pack: Icing down sore achy muscles and joints can greatly help your post-match recovery and prevent small injuries from becoming big. After a match. instead of having to worry about finding a bag to put ice in and figuring out how to keep it on you get an ice bag and wrap to store in your bag so it's easy for you. If you get into the habit of icing down minor injuries after you play you'll be amazed how much it helps recovery and keeping an ice pack and wrap in your bag just makes it easy and not a hassle.
Many will remember the rash of disastrous late and first-round withdrawals that plagued the slams especially the back-to-back opening-round mid-match retirements that occurred on Wimbledon Centre Court. It certainly did not paint the sport in a great light particularly when it unfolded at one of the most famous venues in all of sports. Tennis needs strong role models who lead the way. The players not at the top make a lot of money too. The ones outside the top 100 can make a living that way. Of course getting to 200 in the world is not easy as that means a player is in the best 200 in the world. Just do the math on the world population and surely it’s an impressive feat too. The point is if Roger Federer who smashed rackets as a teenager can stop for the most part (he does occasionally have a tantrum) if Nadal can never ever smash one because his coach stated when he was a child that if he ever did that they would be finished if those players can have the discipline and mental focus and not be violent and channel the frustration of some moments into improving their play in the following points is that not what should be trained encouraged and implemented on a much wider scale?
Sunscreen: This is another no-brainer to bring to the court for players that play outdoors. Skin damage affects way too many tennis players so make sure you lather up and protect yourself from the sun when you go out on court. There are some great ones that are water and sweat-resistant and also absorb into the skin quickly. Once again don't be too cool to protect yourself from the sun.
